Although every care is taken and specific brushes are used when cleaning Solar Panel, Puretech2o cannot accept responsibility for any damage before, during or after the clean. We are also unable to guarantee full clean due to the nature of the Solar Panel and depending on the period in between cleans. We use deionised water; no chemicals are used, work is carried out from ground level.
