We're so confident in our system and technique that we offer a rain guarantee. Your windows will be cleaned come wind rain or shine and as near to your agreed schedule as possible (Extreme weather conditions and staff depending).

All payments are processed 5-7 days after each clean via our PAY as you GO Direct Debit payment system provided by your bank through GoCardless. We do not store your details and all transactions to PuretecH2o are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee. You only need to set this up once, click here.

Please note this is an agreed schedule window cleaning service we do not offer intermittent or one-off window cleaning. For more information please check our terms and conditions.

Our purewater cleaning system is very effective at cleaning general dirt from your windows. However, if you have builders residue on your windows such as plaster, concrete, paint, stickers or adhesive and/or there is staining and discolouration from chemicals, rust or UV bleaching of your windows frames and sills then unfortunately pure water will not be effective at removing these. Please notify us in advance if this is the case so we can assess and advise you when we call to arrange your initial clean.
